The sale of my late parents property completed on 19 May 2015. From the moment I agreed to Plush Homes taking on the sale of my late parents house I was kept fully informed by text, e mail, telephone calls and personal visits to my home of the progress of the sale. I never had any difficulty getting in contact with Jonathan Flynn he was always available to take my calls and answer my text messages, on one occasion on a Sunday!!. He was consistently open and honest regarding the progress of the sale. He was very easy to talk to and has a great sense of humour, a useful trait to have to relieve the stress and anxiety that comes with selling a house. I have no hesitation in recommending Plush Homes UK.
Fantastic service… Looked after from start to finish and even after completion! Decided to try Plush as opposed to selling on the open market. Really glad I did, offered a fair price, found d a buyer really quickly and kept in communication really well. Recommended to family and my sister in law has now sold through Plush as well.
Our house sale couldn’t have gone more smoothly – Jonathan was ace. Sorry, it all took 7 weeks not three as stated before (lol – went on hol in between the sale) Will recommend Plush Homes to all our family and friends 🙂

Sold for a few ‘000 more than any offer from a traditional agent managed to get for us on an ex rental. No fees, even did work to the property to suit buyer and surveyor we didn’t have to lift a finger. Excellent communication throughout very pleased will be in touch next time. I can happily say that I am amazingly impressed with everything from Jonathan and the Plush Homes Team. I asked Johnathan to come and give us an offer for our house, we weren’t expecting the offer to be anywhere near what we would the house was worth, We were extremely surprised with the offer he came back to us with which we found very fair. We decided to sell the house Johnathan came and took photos and the same day we signed up we had our first viewing and within four days the house was sold, six weeks later the house sale was completed, Johnathan was there every step of the way even when I had meltdowns over the speed at which we were moving (usually after copious amounts of wine on a Saturday night) no matter what time of day he never failed to respond and put me at ease. I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling to sell or would like a quick sale without any hassle
I had my house up for sale with a well known high street estate agents and I was getting very fed up of ‘window shoppers’ coming to view my home. One day I received a letter from Plush Homes UK and I decided to investigate… it wasn’t a scam or a rip off like ‘we buy any…’
Within approximately two weeks from my initial messaging Jonathan my house was sold!
It was simple and easy. Jonathan (Senior Valuer for Plush Homes UK) came to view my property, we agreed a price. A week later a buyer came to view it with Jonathan. Half an hour after they left I got an email… Sold! Needless to say, panic then set in, time to start packing!
The service that Jonathan provides is second to none. The man’s work ethic is phenomenal. He even offered to come and help me pack when I was struggling (twice!) He’s professional but also a really nice and genuine person. When he says he’s there from start to finish he means it. None of the sales patter, you sign then he disappears.
I wish I had known about Plush before I used the estate agents as it would have saved me a lot of money, time and stress.

For as long as I can remember, people have always told me that buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do. However after an initial face to face meeting with Jonathan from Plush, I started to wonder if that was true. He answered every question I could throw at him and went into detail of our options and explaining the process of buying a house.
In a little under 7 weeks since viewing the house we wanted we now have the keys to our new home and can honestly say it’s been one of the best and most pleasant buying experiences we’ve had, and with very little stress or confusion. Jonathan is always there to help and assist even with odd out of hours requests and questions.
Personally would recommend Plush to anyone looking to purchase a house.
So I have been in my lovely first home for 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it. Now just like a lot of you reading this review, I was very sceptical about how the process worked and always thought there was a catch. But now having done it all, I can easily say it was the best thing I ever did and would highly recommend to anyone who is a first time buyer or struggling, like most people, to get a deposit together. Right from the beginning, Jonathan and his team were great. They couldn’t do enough. They weren’t pushy and things were very simple, even if I did change my mind about properties on numerous occasions . All the stress was taken away by Jonathan and any questions were answered, even whilst on his holidays. I always thought buying a house was difficult but this wasn’t the case with plush. Thank you so much for everything and finding my first home.

My wife and I dealt with the amazing Jonathan. Who helped us achieve our dream first home. He couldn’t do enough for us , was extremely welcoming and friendly. and made the experience as easy and stress free as possible. I will thoroughly recommend him to anyone who is wishing to get on the property ladder.
I’ve worked for Jonathan before he is an amazing person very kind. I’ve seen him with previous clients any questions they have he is always able to answers them! Any problems he sorts them out straight away one off his main priorities is make sure he give 100% to his clients which he does!! I do recommend my friends and family to Jonathan in fact my sister herself has got a property through Jonathan. When my time comes for my own house he is going to be first person I come to! 🙂

Jonathan has been brilliant from start to finish on getting us are 1st home,from the minute we had our 1st chat to the day we got our keys (yesterday) he kept us informed everyday and did everything he could to move us in before Xmas. Myself and my boyfriend have been in our own home for just over three weeks now and even though we’ve had our hiccups along the way we are extremely happy and feel settled in our very own home. I still can’t believe we are home owners but we are with the help of plush and we’ve been able to do it a lot sooner than we thought with less stress. I was like many others thinking it was too good to be true but it really is true, I messaged Jonathan twice before going ahead with the process and we are so glad I found more info out and went ahead with finding our home. I walked into the office and I was probably one person Jonathan will remember Bierley Bierley Bierley haha. He got me exactly what I wanted Bierley! I couldn’t of asked any more of Jonathan through the process he was there any time I had any questions and always reassured me, he was certainly right it would all be worth it when we was in our home. Jonathan went above and beyond to help us (me) with my worries/doubts and even tears. The plush team are great, they are always working to get people in their homes as soon as they can doing all the paper etc that needs to be done so we had to do very little. Big thank you Jonathan and everyone at plush for helping us and getting us in our very own home.
